Siglent SLA1016 16 Channel logic probe module

The SLA1016 is a logic probe designed to capture and monitor up to 16 digital signals simultaneously, enabling analysis of digital data in conjunction with supported Siglent oscilloscopes. The probe divides its 16 digital channels into two groups, each with independent threshold settings, allowing it to accommodate and display signals from different logic families simultaneously. This setup provides flexibility for applications requiring mixed-signal measurements across varying digital logic standards.

The SLA1016 is equipped with a SUBS interface cable, flat wires, flying wires, and probe clips, facilitating easy connections to the target circuit. Two LED indicators provide status information: a red power indicator and a green activity indicator. The probe is designed exclusively for indoor, dry environments and includes protective features to prevent damage if handled correctly.

The SLA1016's firmware can also be upgraded via a USB drive through the connected oscilloscope, enhancing compatibility and performance​
